• With its high hardware configuration Mediatek MT6592 1.7 GHz Cortex-A7 Octa core Processor with 2GB RAM it perform really well. There is no lagging in any application and you can run multiple apps at a time.

Cons of Micromax Canvas

• 3G is not working in both SIM at same time.
• On the basis of specification in official site it has 2500 mAh Battery backup but performance is not as good. Battery backup is well upto the level of 60% but after that battery discharge suddenly from 60% to 0%.
• You can’t download applications on external SD card.
• Heating is another issue with this mobile. This phone get heated within 20-30 min in upper part while using camera, playing games, using WiFi and internet but it is within acceptable range.
• In 13MP the performance of camera is especially disappointing for low light. The sound quality in video recordings is also on lower side.

• Backup:Backup all your data which includes apps,contacts,photos videos etc everything to computer or any cloud storage as flashing this Miui v6  in canvas nitro a311 or a310  will erase data.
• Battery: Charge your canvas nitro to at least 90% so that you wont encounter any battery related issues while flashing this.


• Backup Efs partitions: Backup all your efs partition of your canvas nitro on current Rom.If you loose signal you can just restore it back.
• Lock Gps:Lock your gps position on your current rom.If you use this a lot then you have to lock it so that it could work even after flashing other roms.Its easy to lock gps .Turn on gps in settings and find your current location in google maps and now now have locked on to gps.
• Custom recovery: You need a custom recovery(Twrp) installed on your canvas nitro a311 or a310 .Without it you can not flash roms at all.
• Downloads: Miui v6 for a311 or a310 (google drive download) if needed.Transfer them to internal storage.

Install Miui v6 on Micromax canvas nitro A311 and A310:

1. Download Miui v6 Rom for canvas nitro transfer it to sdcard or internal storage of device.
2. Power of the device completely.
3. Using button combination reboot to recovery.
4. Once you are in twrp  click on backup and select system,data and cache partitions and swipe to confirm backup.
5. Once backup is completed click on back and select advance wipe option.
6. Mark system,data,cache and dalvik cache and swipe to confirm action.
7. Once all required partitions are wiped click on back and now select install and navigate to location where you have placed miui v6 for a311 and a310.Select rom and swipe to confirm flash It might about 5 minutes or so for rom to flash.
8. Reboot to system.Wait at least 15 minutes for initial boot to complete and once done you can explore its features.
9. If rom fails to boot or it has soft bricked then press and hold power button for 15 seconds and it force shutdown.Reboot it to recovery and this wipe system again and flash rom again.
