Finally Google announced Android M with lot of changes from interface to under the hood.Google has now integrated Finger print Api in Android M so that manufactures can use it and this means we will seeing Finger print scanner in most of future android flagship models from almost all oems.Launcher has some tweaks and modifications too.It has vertical scrolling now with all apps arranged in alphabetical order.Most of the new features of android M are as usual found in android development world already like restricting permissions for apps.

How to install them on your lollipop or kitkat devices:
- Download android M all in one zip file which includes launcher , boot animations , ring tone , camera etc.
- Flash any lollipop rom which uses aosp as base.
- Transfer aip file which you have download to your device internal storage.
- Reboot to recovery and make a backup of existing rom first.Flash the zip file which you have downloaded.
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache and then reboot to system.
- Once the device reboots you will see some of android M goodies on your device lollipop or kitkat os.
- Dont flash this zip file on any stock based roms as it might cause soft brick and also flash at your own risk.
